Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу особенностей построения информационных систем по предоставления электронных государственных услуг. Рассмотрены виды существующих информационных систем по предоставлению электронных государственных услуг, взаимосвязь и взаимодействие между данными системами. Описан набор специфических свойств, присущих данному классу систем, влияние указанных свойств на процессы разработки, внедрения и эксплуатации.
