Abstract

В статье проанализирован современный уровень развития экономики, научный и творческий подход к управлению и организации работ в инфраструктурном секторе через системные элементы и компоненты, из которых состоит сам объект управления. Дана характеристика стратегического менеджмента, основой которого являются инновации, инновационные идеи, основанные на опыте и глубоких знаниях, инициируют зарождение стратегии развития.
