Abstract

Аннотация В статье рассматриваются проблемы модернизации здравоохранения с позиций расширения функциональной роли сферы санаторно- оздоровительных услуг. Проведен анализ распределения общих объемов расходов домашних хозяйств на санаторно-оздоровительные услуги по различным группам населения. Обосновывается необходимость снижения социальной дифференциации по доступу к рассматриваемым услугам в процессе модернизации отечественного здравоохранения. Abstract Problems of modernization of public health services from positions of expansion of a functional role of sphere of sanatorium-improving services are considered in article. The analysis of the distribution of the total volume of household spending on health-improving services for different population groups is carried out. Necessity of decrease in social differentiation on access to considered services in the course of modernization of domestic public health services is proved.
