Abstract

Под инновационным развитием автор понимает целенаправленную деятельность, направленную на обеспечение долгосрочной экономической устойчивости социально-экономических систем посредством эффективного использования потенциала к преобразованию условий хозяйствования в соответствии с тенденциями развития общественных потребностей и производства. Инновационное развитие детерминировано с интеллектуальным потенциалом и нуждается в методическом обосновании их оценки, наиболее объективно учитывающей особенности малого предпринимательства
