Abstract

В данной статье анализируются современные методические подходы к оценке качества торгового обслуживания с позиции покупателя. Предлагается авторская система показателей оценки качества торгового обслуживания в розничной торговле с позиции покупателя, алгорит расчета интегрального показателя, методика получения и обработки результатов, интерпретация значений уровней качества торгового обслуживания.
