Abstract

В настоящее время преимущества создания вертикально интегрированных промышленно-финансовых групп определяются на основе сопоставления входящих и исходящих денежных потоков с учетом дисконтирования, а специализированных методик для оценки эффективности создания вертикально интегрированных структур в отечественной практике не используется. Методика определения чистого дисконтированного дохода (методика ЮНИДО, разработанная в 1978 году под эгидой ООН), безусловно, может быть применена к оценке экономической эффективности создания вертикально интегрированных структур. Однако применение ее достаточно трудоемко. В работе предлагается использование модели Альтмана для оценки устойчивости компании до слияния и после.
