Abstract

В статье автором рассматривается проблема оценки деловой репутации и репутационного риска. Практическое значение заключается в определении существующих подходов к моделированию и оценке риска потери деловой репутации, применяемых как в российской, так и зарубежной практике, а также формирование на их основе консолидированной методики оценки репутационного риска, в частности для российских публичных кампаний. Данные проблемы являются достаточно актуальными в связи с формированием жесткой конкуренции среди предприятий на российском рынке и связанной с этим необходимостью оценки их репутационного риска, непосредственно влияющих на стоимость деловой репутации компании.
