Abstract

Компании топливно-энергетического комплекса уделяют повышенное внимание вопроса управления финансовыми ресурсами. Основным инструментом централизованного управления денежными средствами корпорации является система, получившая название cash pooling. Cash pooling дает возможность головной организации (корпоративному центру) оперативно распоряжаться средствами на счетах компаний, входящих в группу. Самыми активными потребителями продуктов cash pooling в РФ являются крупнейшие предприятия топливно- энергетического комплекса. Это объясняется сложной корпоративной структурой указанных компаний с большим числом дочерних, зависимых обществ и филиалов. Успешные примеры реализации систем централизованного управления денежным средствами крупнейших нефтегазовых компаний - «Газпром», «Лукойл», «Роснефть» - показывают, что данная группа финансовых продуктов имеет высокий потенциал на российском рынке Аbstract
