Abstract

В современных условиях хозяйствования экономика России по-прежнему остается преимущественно сырьевой, характеризуется структурными диспропорциями, а также низкой инновационной активностью предприятии. Автор предлагает переориентировать национальную инновационную политику на приоритетную поддержку эффективного взаимодействия и партнерства промышленных предприятий, научных организаций, вузов и других элементов национальной инновационной системы России.
