Abstract

В статье проведен обзор методов и моделей корпоративного управления, позволяющих увеличивать эффективность реализации стратегического управления персоналом и предприятия в целом. Авторами предложена возможность достижения устойчивых конкурентных преимуществ путем создания ценностно-ориентированной модели стратегического управления человеческими ресурсами, базирующейся на мотивационно-мировоззренческом соответствии целей компании и сотрудника.
