Abstract

В условиях обострения конкурентной борьбы, вызванного стремительным ростом количества вузов, снижением численности потенциальных абитуриентов, быстро меняющимися факторами внешней и внутренней среды, изменением поведения потребителей образовательных услуг, становится важным исследование конкуренции и факторов конкурентоспособности образовательных услуг учреждений ВПО. With increasing competition caused by the rapid growth of universities, reduction of the potential entrants number, rapidly changing factors in internal and external environment, changes in the behavior of consumers that use educational services, it is important to study competition and competitive factors of educational services of the higher vocational institutions.
