Abstract

В статье предложены возможные механизма реализации модернизационных процессов с учетом особой роли социального капитала как важнейшего фактора экономического развития. In the article the possible are offered mechanism of realization of modernisation processes taking into account the special role of social capital as major factor of economic development.
