Abstract

Эмпирически правильно понятая большинством руководителей предприятий задача повышения качества управленческих решений привела к модернизации некоторых функций аппарата управления, на основе внедрения современных информационных технологий, таких как автоматизированная информационная система управления персоналом. Данная система представляет собой совокупность программно-аппаратных средств и предназначена для автоматизации работы по управлению кадрами на предприятии.Empirically correctly understood by the majority of heads of the enterprises the problem of improvement of quality of administrative decisions has led to modernisation of some functions of management personnel, on the basis of introduction of modern information technologies, such as the automated information control system of the personnel. The given system represents set of hardware-software means and is intended for work automation on personnel administration at the enterprise.
