Повышение Эффективности Использования Налогового Потенциала Территории

Abstract

На уровень налогового потенциала региона и муниципальных образований оказывает влияние множество разноаспектных факторов. В статье показаны необходимость нового подхода к организации бюджетных расходов, неизбежность децентрализации, потребность в кардинальном реформировании системы налогообложения, без которого дальнейшее увеличение расходов приведет к увеличению налогового бремени и снижению экономической активности.
