Модель Учета Влияния Неэкономических Факторов На Оценку Эффективности Инновационных Проектов

Abstract

Успешная реализация инновационных проектов требует предварительной оценки их эффективности с учетом влияния как экономических, так и неэкономических факторов. Традиционная методика оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов не позволяет произвести такой учет. В качестве решения данной проблемы в статье предлагается использовать сценарный подход и разработанную на ее основе имитационную модель. Abstract Successful realization of innovation projects demands preliminary estimation of its efficiency including influence of economic and uneconomic factors. Traditional methodology of investment projects efficiency estimation doesnt allow to produce such valuation. In this paper scenario method and model based on it are offered as a solution for this problem.
