Abstract

В статье описывается комплексная система оценки результатов деятельности студентов, позволяющая вычислить рейтинг студента за время обучения в вузе, а также индекс – нормированный показатель, демонстрирующий достижения студента за семестр для дальнейшего назначения стипендии. Особенности: опора на системный подход к стимулированию, применение универсальных параметров порядка: «Индекс лидерства» и «Индекс гармонии», автобалансировка значимости оцениваемых показателей результатов деятельности.
