Экономико-Математическая Модель Горизонтальной Интеграции При Наличии Свободного Входа Предприятий В Рынок И Выхода Из Рынка

Abstract

В работе построена модель и выводятся два результата, иллюстрирующие воздействие входа и выхода. В частности, показано, что (а) если предприятия конкурируют в объемах выпуска продукции и невозвратные издержки входа отсутствуют, то любая интеграция предприятий, приводящая к синергическим эффектам снижения издержек любой степени, является выгодной; и (б) при условии свободного входа отсутствует «проблема безбилетника».
