Модели Партисипативного Механизма Публичного Управления Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье единый и целостный партисипативный механизм современного публичного управления дифференцирован на две составные части – модели, в основу построения которых положены особенности организации процесса интеракции двух акторов – органов публичной власти и населения. Дана характеристика форм партисипативных отношений каждой модели. Выявлены ориентиры и предложены рекомендации по развитию партисипативного механизма в целях совершенствования деятельности органов публичной власти и улучшения качества жизни населения.
