Некоторые Концептуальные Подходы К Разработке Стратегии Социально-Экономического Развития Северо-Кавказского Федерального Округа

Abstract

В статье акцентируется внимание на методике определения роли каждого субъекта федерального округа на основе позиционирования ресурсного потенциала. Автор выделяет восемь групп ресурсов, определяет индикаторы, на основе которых проводит их оценку. С помощью рейтинговой системы автор получает балльную оценку выбранных индикаторов и производит позиционирование их относительно средних по округу значений. Это позволяет определить: какими видами своего ресурсного потенциала сможет поучаствовать каждый субъект округа в общей Стратегии социально-экономического развития.
