Abstract

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению синергетического подхода к изучению процессов организационных изменений. В контексте исследования были проанализированы такие синергетические характеристики как открытость, нелинейность, диссипативность, аттрактивность, бифуркационность, фрактальность, эмерджентность и саморегулируемость процессов организационных изменений.
