Abstract

В статье рассмотрены принципы, которым должна соответствовать формируемая база данных экспертовв научно-технической сфере.Определеныособенностиее формирования, включая классификацию в ней экспертов. Рассмотрены требования к экспертам с учетом нормативно-правовых основ экспертной деятельности в научной сфере.
