Abstract

Раскрыто значение аудита эффективности в расширении регионального фискального пространства и емкости регионального бюджета. Введено понятие «бюджетная емкость», сформирована концепция расширения регионального фискального пространства не только за счет увеличения бюджетных доходов, но и за счет повышения эффективности и результативности бюджетных расходов, обеспечивающих абсолютный и относительный рост бюджетной ёмкости. Выявлена взаимосвязь и взаимообусловленность финансового контроля, аудита эффективности и финансового аудита.
