Abstract

В работе рассматриваются наиболее важные экономические и социальные предпосылки, условия и факторы, обусловившие зарождение вольных общин казаков вне территорий каких-либо государств,их развитие и интеграцию в Войска-региональные социально- экономические системы,включенные в начале XVIII в. в структуруцентрализованного русского государства.Знание данных аспектов будет полезно студентам, аспирантам и специалистам в использовании территориального подхода и учета традиционных факторов саморазвития в проблемах региональной экономики.
