Abstract

Счетная палата РФ в 2005 г. выявила финансовые нарушения в сфере госзакупок на 1 млрд рублей, а по результатам проверок СП РФ было возбуждено 250 уголовных дел, связанных с госзакупками. Борьба с коррупцией в системе госзакупок остается одной из главных, и одновременно одной из наиболее трудно решаемых задач государственной политики.Cost the chamber of the Russian Federation in 2005 has revealed financial infringements in sphere of state purchases on 1 mlrd roubles, and by results of checks of the joint venture of the Russian Federation has been raised 250 criminal cases connected with state purchases. Struggle against corruption in system of state purchases remains to one of the main things, and simultaneously to one of most difficultly solved problems of a state policy.
