Статус казаков – важнейший инструмент развития войск казаков как региональных социально-экономических систем России (XVII – начало xx века)

Abstract

В работе рассматривается ряд актуальных вопросов: общее и особенное статуса казаков и статуса известных в мировой истории иных военизированных отрядов; эволюция статуса Войск донских, уральских, терских казаков после вхождения их в Российское государство, а также и новых казачьих Войск созданных государством в XVIII –XIX вв.; освещены также аспекты воинской повинности казаков, численности казачьего населения, земли и капиталы Войск казаков, представлены краткие хронологические данные, отражающие институциональную политику по развитию статуса казаков.
