Проблема Взаимосвязи Ресурсной Обеспеченности Страны И Уровня Защиты Прав Частной Собственности

Abstract

Результаты большинства исследований не дают ясного ответа на вопрос о механизме влияния ресурсной обеспеченности на экономические, социальные и политические процессы в стране. В данной обзорной статье анализируется влияние ресурсной обеспеченности на уровень защиты прав собственности. При анализе сравнительных данных по 15 странам (включая Россию), которые являются крупными экспортерам нефти и газа, демонстрируется, что уровень защиты прав собственности в этих странах находится не ниже среднего показателя остальных стран, не являющихся крупными экспортерами ресурсов. Более того, различия в уровне защиты прав собственности в этих 15 странах настолько велики, что их нельзя объяснить исключительно с точки зрения теории ресурсного проклятия, не прибегая к дополнительным пояснениям.
