Abstract

В статье представлен аналитический обзор проблемы эффективности деятельности предприятий в России и дана оценка качества работы компаний с элементами коллективной собственности за рубежом. Также в работе выявляются проблемы существования подобных предприятий в РФ, и проводится аналитический обзор нормативно-правовой основы их функционирования. Большую часть работы занимает разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию деятельности предприятий с коллективной формой собственности в России.
