Abstract

В статье рассматривается актуальная в настоящее время проблема роста регионального налогового потенциала, что, в свою очередь, требует адекватного экономическим условиям развития инструментария его оценки. Основой проведения сравнительного анализа является сопоставимость показателей. Для решения проблемы сопоставимости показателей регионов с различным уровнем развития и масштабов деятельности в статье предложена первичная группировка регионов по доле ВРП (валового регионального продукта). Применение методики позволит более точно ранжировать регионы как в федеральных округах, так и по России. Предлагаемая методика может применяться и на этапе планирования с целью выявления перспектив развития налогового потенциала регионов.
