Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития регионов в разрезе инвестиционно - промышленной модернизации. Дается характеристика промышленного потенциала региона с выявлением проблемных зон и точек роста; приводятся примеры, реализуемых в регионе инвестиционных проектов на основе государственно-частного партнерства. Глобальный экономический кризис как результат валютно-финансовой несбалансированности мировой экономики привел не только к усилению дисбаланса между ценностями экономической свободы и социальной справедливости, но и поставил вопросы о необходимости проведения структурных и институциональных преобразований в обозримом будущем.
