Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы организации системы мониторинга социально-экономической эффективности государственных услуг. Особое внимание уделено внедрению в практику многофункциональных центров универсальных электронных карт, позволяющих повысить качество процесса оказания государственных услуг, а также существенно облегчить создание системы мониторинга общественного мнения с использованием механизма обратной связи.
