Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам выявления экономического содержания государственных услуг в процессе государственной деятельности. Приоритетным критерием эффективности данного вида услуг рассматривается качественное изменение состояния участника экономических отношений. При этом цели государственного управления задаются детерминантами общественного договора.
