Abstract

В условиях кризисных явлений, происходящих в мировой экономике, и на фоне возрастающего участия государства в вопросах инновационного развития России, все большую значимость приобретают вопросы эффективности государственных инвестиций. В данной работе проведен анализ действующей методики оценки эффективности государственных инвестиций, утвержденной на законодательном уровне, классифицированы критерии эффективности по степени их влияния на решение об инвестировании. Также автором обоснована целесообразность включения оценки ценности изначально заложенных в проект реальных опционов при оценке чистой приведенной стоимости проекта.
