Объективные Факторы Возникновения Синергетического Эффекта В Кластерных Структурах Региона (На Примере Молочно-Сырного Кластера Алтайского Края)

Abstract

В современном мире важной составляющей стратегий активизации инновационной деятельности может стать поддержка формирования и развития кластерных структур. Умело сочетая в себе механизмы конкуренции и кооперации, кластер как форма устойчивого партнерства бизнеса и науки имеет совокупный потенциал, превышающий простую сумму потенциалов отдельных его составляющих, что позволяет говорить о наличии синергетического эффекта. Важнейшими синергетическими эффектами молочно-сырного кластера являются: снижение как трансформационных, так и трансакционных издержек, переток информации, приращение денежного потока, совместное использование объектов инфраструктуры.
