Государственно-Частное Партнерство И Концессионная Форма Хозяйствования Как Инструменты Привлечения Инвестиций В Экономику Страны

Abstract

В настоящее время в экономике Российской Федерации происходят процессы структурных изменений и развития новых хозяйствующих субъектов. При этом все более значимую роль начинают играть структуры, функционирующие на основе государственно-частного партнерства. В статье рассматриваются основные признаки государственно-частного партнерства, вопросы его нормативно правового регулирования, обосновывается необходимость создания институциональных условий для развития механизмов государственно-частного партнерства и концессионной формы хозяйствования. В статье также отмечается, что государственно-частное партнерство и его концессионную форму можно рассматривать в качестве эффективных инструментов достижения поступательного экономического развития страны в виду широкого спектра выполняемых социальных функций.
