Abstract

В статье освещены уровень, основные трудности и проблемы, касающиеся реализации проектов ГЧП в России. Изложены результаты практического анализа современных механизмов ГЧП в зарубежных странах, а также рекомендации по улучшению ситуации с реализацией проектов ГЧП в России, разработанные Центром развития ГЧП в стране, ВЭБ, Европейским банком реконструкции и развития, Институтом экономики РАН, отечественными учеными и специалистами.
