Abstract

Успех, процветание и развитие любой современной организации определяются множеством факторов как внутренней, так и внешней среды. Однако наступивший век по праву называют веком качества. Только качество продукции или услуг при всем многообразии производимых аналогичных товаров (услуг) может привлечь потребителя и обеспечить получение прибыли, а это в современном мире без внедрения инноваций не возможно. Модернизация железнодорожного транспорта является основным направлением развития отрасли на данном этапе реформирования.
