Модель Управления Пригородным Комплексом Московской Железной Дороги На Основе Процессного Подхода

Abstract

На сегодняшний день в российских компаниях преимущественно используется функциональный подход при организации и развитии управления. Однако, в связи с тем, что структуры управления постоянно дополняются все новыми разновидностями, любое предприятие может выбрать для себя наиболее эффективную и подходящую структуру управления. Процессный подход к управлению позволяет получить структуру, направленную на постоянное улучшение качества конечного продукта и удовлетворение потребностей клиента. В данной статье приведен сравнительный анализ функционального и сервисного подхода и обоснован выбор сервисного подхода к управлению Пригородным комплексом Московской ЖД.
