Abstract

В данной работе освещены наиболее актуальные, на взгляд автора, вопросы методов исследования и/или формирования процессов сервиса занятий рекреационных и туризма, моделирования процессов управления с использования философии Деминга, нисходящих и восходящих алгоритмов, предложены: деление процессов сервиса в рекреации и туризме на три взаимосвязанные их группы; логическая модель управления процессами сервиса.
