Abstract

Описанное исследование позволило охарактеризовать систему показателей оценки эффективности передачи на аутсорсинг информационной системы управления предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса, определить систему показателей эффективности на всех этапах реализации данного процесса. Разработана методика экспресс-оценки эффективности применения аутсорсинга до фактической реализации данного процесса. The research presented let to organize the system of measures of productivity of outsourcing the information management system for small and medium scale business and to define the system of measures foe all stages of this process. The method of express-evaluation of effectiveness of using outsourcing before actual implementation of this process is provided.
