Abstract

Смена политического строя в России в последнем десятилетии прошлого века привела к значительным изменениям в управлении экономикой и необходимости глубокой интеграции в мировое экономическое пространство, которое характеризуется высококонкурентной средой во всех отраслях народного хозяйства, в том числе и в образовательной сфере.
