Abstract

Региональные образовательные системы испытывают внешние вызовы, так как они одновременно участвуют в процессах глобализации и интернационализации, с одной стороны,и находятся, в центре социальных и экономических реформ в стране и в регионе, с другой. Это приводит к возрастанию роли международного сотрудничества для университетов. Намеченные Правительством РФ шаги, направленные на инновационное развитие образования, могут положительно сказаться на увеличении показателей инновационной активности регионов, но привести к усилению зависимости региональных образовательных систем от ТНК.
