Abstract

In article empirical analysis of initial data of federal statistics on the distribution of population by income in the form of gross wages and salaries showed that income distribution obeys a logarithmic normal law. Awareness of the law of distribution allows for quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of planned decisions on regulation of incomes. The income differentiation at present essentially deviates from the optimum.
