Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности маркетинг-микса на специфическом рынке товаров для новорожденных. Выявлены факторы привлекательности товара, факторы ценообразования на рынке товаров для новорожденных и методы его регулирования государством. Систематизированы атрибуты имиджа предприятий торговли и предложены наиболее эффективные методы продвижения в сфере товаров для новорожденных, в том числе с помощью телемаркетинга.Предложен метод типизации клиентов в процессе телемаркетинговой деятельности. This article features the marketing mix for the specific market of products for newborns. Brings to light factors of attractiveness of the goods, factors of pricing in the market of products for babies and methods of its regulation by the state. Systematizes image attributes of outlets and offers the most effective methods of promotion in the area of products for newborns, including by means of telemarketing. Offers a method for customer typing in the process of telemarketing. Keywords:
