Региональная Промышленная Политика Как Инструмент Эффективной Реализации Возможностей Противоречивых Тенденций Современного Экономического Развития

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и ключевые аспекты формирования теоретико-методологических основ концептуального понимания и прикладных подходов к разработке региональной промышленной политики как инструмента комплексной реализации тенденций современного глобального экономического развития и интенсификации перехода страны и ее регионов к постиндустриальной модели хозяйствования. Выдвигается положение, согласно которому концептуально национальная и региональная промышленная политика должна формироваться, исходя из диалектики взаимосвязей основных противоположных тенденций современного мирового экономического процесса: усиления глобализации и интеграции национальных экономик и в то же время нарастания неравномерности социально-экономического развития различных стран.
