Abstract

Ключевым элементом современного этапа общественного развития является экологическая составляющая, которая предопределяет вектор, характер и особенности социально-экономического развития территорий. Поиск стабильности в эволюционном процессе предопределяет необходимость формирования стратегии региона с точки зрения концепции устойчивого развития, то есть в рамках междисциплинарного эколого-экономического подхода. Ключевыми аспектами при выработке стратегии регионального развития являются проблемы исчерпаемости ресурсов (потери разнообразия) в экологических системах и проблемы защиты окружающей среды.
