Abstract

В статье рассматриваются ключевые аспекты, методы и особенности прогнозирования электропотребления, а также дается описание разработанного с участием авторов «Программного комплекса региональной модели конъюнктуры оптового рынка электроэнергии и мощности Российской Федерации». Научная новизна работы состоит в том, что разработанный программный комплекс моделей, реализованный с использованием Prognoz Platform 7, позволяет получать сценарные прогнозные оценки электропотребления в разрезе основных групп потребителей на краткосрочную, среднесрочную и долгосрочную перспективу.
