Abstract

Статья посвящена российскому опыту использования механизма государственно-частного партнерства, основным проблемам, связанным с его реализацией в субъектах Федерации. В статье также изучен опыт Германии в сфере реализации государственно-частного партнерства. Рассмотрены основные мероприятия по развитию ГЧП, реализация которых позволяет на сегодняшний день Германии эффективно применять институт государственно-частного партнерства в сфере решения социально-значимых проблем.
