Abstract

В статье рассматривается концепция стратегического анализа, разработанная в результате теоретических и прикладных исследований в области стратегического планирования в организациях. Представлен оригинальный подход к осуществлению важного этапа стратегического планирования стратегического анализа. Предложенный подход к стратегическому анализу позволяет в полной мере изучить все внутренние и внешние факторы, влияющие на деятельность организации, а также сформировать поле возможных направлений развития. Важнейшими задачами стратегического анализа выступают анализ внутренней среды, анализ внешнего окружения, анализ сильных и слабых сторон и анализ рисков. В статье каждая задача описывается в рамках процесса разработки стратегии развития организации.
