Совершенствование Методики Оценки Конкуренции На Региональном Рынке Нефтепродуктов

Abstract

В статье приведены результаты обзора имеющихся методов оценки конкуренции на товарных рынках, в том числе на рынках нефтепродуктов. Выявлено, что в настоящее время не существует единственной рекомендованной методики, предлагаемые методические подходы не вполне отвечают необходимым требованиям. В связи с этим автор предлагает использовать методику, основанную на комплексной балльной оценке уровня конкуренции, учитывающую как отраслевые, так и региональные особенности рынка, что позволит проводить государству более результативную конкурентную политику.
