Институционализация Местного Самоуправления Как Фактор Регионального Развития: Иерархический Подход

Abstract

Используется иерархический подход к обоснованию возможности регионального развития на основе формирования эффективных институтов местного самоуправления. Построена матричная модель иерархического представления институтов местного самоуправления. На основе анализа причин отторжения институтов местного самоуправления, имплантируемых с целью реализации реформы местного самоуправления в России, показывается прямая взаимосвязь процессов институционализации местного самоуправления и регионального развития.
